Kirkus Reviews calls it "A well-reported, fast-paced history lesson on theeternal conflict between idealogues and policymakers and the hubris that always accompanies success."  Tom Shachtman, a Salisbury resident is an author, filmmaker, and educator.  He has written or co-authored 30 books for adults and children and produced and directed documentaries for ABC, CBS, NBC, and PBS.  

Copies of the book will be available for purchase.
